Happy New Year! I had a bunch of points accumulating and figured "why not get more products?" The bag is fantastic! It's a light blue, bordering on nautical.

FLUIDE's Lip Gloss in Elsewhere - faint, blue tint that reminisce of the 90's gloss. Retails for $7.50

COLOR CLUB Nail Polish in Williamsburg - dark navy with shimmers. Retails for $8

YENSA's PUMPKIN TURMERIC 2-in-1 Radiance Polishing Mask - was looking forward to this mask, but in the bottle it was 25% full. WHAT!?!? How cheap can you be? FAIL. Retails for $45

NOMAD COSMETICS' Illuminating Highlighter in Midnight Sun - this shade was inspired by the "midnight sun." Retails for $15

TARTE's Amazonian Clay Foundation in Medium Sand - this has full coverage of 12 hours and while I tested on my hand had such a unique texture. I'm looking forward to getting the full size. I love amazonian clay in all aspects! Retails for $40

 

 

 

NOTD: Color Club in Green Piece

I do love a limited edition collection! This collection was kinda disappointing, not for the results but the many coats it took. I applied 7 coats to get it this thick. 1 coat would be good for a top layer on top of another color, but alone...

RetroUrbanRainbow says.... applying takes work to get the confetti pieces on your nails, and it easily chipped and peeled off within a couple hours. While beautiful...pass please.

RetroUrbanRainbow says.... if you don't mind the time consuming nature of multiple coats, then Something New is a great confetti addition.

Spring break is almost over and it saddens me. :( But I'm just closer to graduation...so yay! I feel terrible that I've been lacking on the makeup posts. So I'm going to have a daily/FOTD thing going on. 


This glitter, which is fun, is not all cracked up it seems to be. It takes a lot of will power to apply multiple enough glitter to even partial cover. Lets not even start on removing the polish off. Talk about hard!

NOTD: Color Clubs' Backstage Pass Collection - It's a Hit!

There has been much complaining with this color, if you can call it a color. It consists of a clear coat, loaded with purple sequin glitters. I think the color is gorgeous, but it's extremely hard to place them on your nails on any sort of pattern.

NOTD: Color Club in Kiss and Break Up

 

Kiss & Break Up is from Color Club, its part of the crackle/shatter craze. The color kinda popped out at me, so I thought why not. It's a purple with hints of red tones. It's a little sheer, so be careful picking a color for underneath. Color Club's crackling nail polish seems to have the best pattern to me.
