NOTD: Color Club in Sexy Siren

Say hello to my first purchase of Color Club. I knew of Color Club for a year to two now, but didn't know too much about it or have the urge to make a purchase. The first time I used them was when I got my nails filled in a month ago. They retail at $3 (where I found them online) and I fell in lust! I have a feeling you'll be seeing more of this wondrous brand.

NOTD: China Glaze's Crackle in Broken Hearted

 

My name is Rachael and I love crack...I mean crackle! haha. I sucumbed to China Glaze's Crackle in colors. I was pretty set on the black. It's perfect so why change it?

While it didn't photograph too well even in the light I was happy with the look of the pink Crackle. The downfall of Crackle is the brush tend to get clumpy. It makes sense due to the fast drying and splitting agents.

NOTD: China Glaze in Audrey

 

If I was good I would have a great quote from breakfast at Tiffany's. That is where this inspiration came from. This breath taking creme turquoise named "Audrey" is such a wonder. I feel so so about creams, but seriously how pretty is she!? 

Honestly, I have nothing to say bad about this color. I barely needed two coats for great coverage.

At first I wasn't too keen on the Metal collection. I bought a few to try out, and after the first purple I was sucked into a beautiful world of metals. I love how it has a few swirls of silver. Metals collection is a win!

This is a great fall color, espeically with the weather Chicago has been having. A win for affoardable nail polishes.

Halloween 2011: Fantastic Four - The Invisible Woman

I deserved to be slapped on the wrist. I was hell bent on doing one Halloween look a week. Well, it's the thought right? :P

I got inspired from Jessica Alba from Fantastic Four. Besides the fact that I love her, she is just so unbelievable sexy. :D I had the hardest time finding a picture of her makeup. So I took a promo picture and inspired myself from there! This is a low key look for Halloween, especially for me.

NOTD: NYX in Venetian Glass

I usually don't pick up this kind of color, as you can tell it's very bridal / high school dance. I like the name. I think of the Venetian Hotel in Vegas. Oh, Vegas....my love. I'm not chatty tonight. That is all!
