NYX's Lip Lingerie in Beauty Mark - NYX is one of my favorite brands, but I was so disappointed when they sent me this ugly "poop" shade. But when paired with their chromatic it's wearable! Retails for $7

CIATÉ LONDON's Fierce Flicks Liquid Eyeliner - long wearing and fast drying, Ciate doesn't let you down. Retails for $19

BEFINE SKIN CARE's Exfoliating Cleanser - brown sugar, almond and oats are the main ingredients in this scrub - which intrigues me.  Retails for $24

ALTERNA HAIRCARE's Caviar CC Cream - leave in treatment protects against heat, frizz and damage. Retails for $20

CITY COLOR COSMETICS' Contour Palette - mini palette consist of contour, bronze and highlighter. Retails $5

NYX Professional Makeup Butter™ Lipstick in Ripe Berry - I wasn’t sure I would care for the Butter line, but it was a sure fire winner mixing matte and cream. Retails at $6


Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in $12 Latte - UGLY. Why does Ipsy keep sending me brown shades?! FAIL. Retails at $15


BelláPierre Cosmetics Volumelash Waterproof Mascara - Points for giving volumious lashes, but it does not save from constantly rubbing off under your eyes. Retails at $8


Promise Organic’s NOURISHING COCONUT MILK DAILY FACIAL SCRUB WITH WALNUTS & SUGAR - I love the soft skin effects and removing dead skin. My dry as the desert skin thanks you! Nothing is perfect of course, especially the smell it gives off when it comes out of the tube. Smelling the opposite of what it advertises. Retails at $10


True Botanicals Resurfacing Moisture Mask - Fantastic mask, which also doubles as face lotion. Retails at $90

NYX Professional Makeup's Prismatic Shadow in Jaded - almost metallic green, very pigmented. Retails at $6.50

Ciaté London's Liquid Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick in Pin Up - not my color, but the velvet lipstick is something I'd buy in another shade. Retails $19

Tarte Cosmetics' deluxe maracuja oil - Multi purpose for hair, cuticles and skin. Retails $48

Epic Fail Series: NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Havana & Moscow

I'm bringing this series back from the DEAD! 

I have a few pinks and deep reds in the matte creams and they are nothing short of fantastic. When I passed theses at Ulta I knew they were a MUST.

 Major fail!!!! Both give horrible coverage and require a lip liner, and even then I wasn't happy with outcome. (see photos below). Sorry NYX, I basically love everything you put out but not this time...

I usually don't pick up this kind of color, as you can tell it's very bridal / high school dance. I like the name. I think of the Venetian Hotel in Vegas. Oh, Vegas....my love. I'm not chatty tonight. That is all!

NOTD: NYX in Fame

Glitter! I'm running off to bed, so just a quickie here. It's quite a gorgeous purple, but alone I'm not impressed. As a overcoat, I think it would have fared better.

NOTD: NYX in Pimp My Nail

I was feeling half and half about this color. While, the color is pretty and bright...it's very sheer. I needed 4 coats to make it look solid. Sheer polish is an annoyance with me. It took some time to dry and stayed a little gummy. You can see my mess. :(

Man it has taken me forever to upload this. Every time I try at work I get super bizzay. I prolly should have had these on my home laptop. oopsie! :)

I didn't think this green would be all that pretty, but I was pleasantly happy with it.
