AHHHH! Bed Head makes makeup?! Yes! Introducing....Big Fat Fun Smugie Eyeliner! I was doing my weekly shopping and came across this. Such a gorgeous blue to make your eyes go POP. It retails at $16 but I got it on clearance at CosmoProf. Lucky me :) It glides on smooth and quick. Smudgie, as it called smudges decently. The thing that sticks out is the color. Not worth the $16, but I'm really taken by the color.
