I justed wanted to share my new nails that were done at B Bella Salon in the South Loop of Chicago. They had a promotional season special for $20. For downtown Chicago I jumped on THAT.

Halloween 2011: Lashes
I was so excited when I found these lashes at Ulta! How nifty are they? I don't wear crazy lashes, I usually opt for the normal ones. But I really got excited about them. They are absolutely gorgeous and dramatic. Unfortunately, they are flimsy and way too big. I would never wear them out and I got as far as 2 hours wearing them. It;s a no-go. Sad panda!

I fell in love with it and it's not even bright. lol! I was shocked I only needed one coat for great coverage. ONE COAT!!! Craziness.

Halloween 2011: Nicki Minaj
How can it almost be the end of week 2 of October? This is my third Halloween look of the season. Again, nothing extreme. This year I'm more about played down looks. This was actually requested by my brother, who loves Nicki Minaj. Who am I to deny a request? LOL!

NOTD: Wet 'n Wild's Private Viewing + Party of 5 Glitters
I'm a firm believer in multiple brands, high and low end.
Sometimes we have winners and sometimes we have losers. Today...we have a winner.
I also lean towards the brighter, dramatic colors. But Wet 'n Wild have a few cream colors are subtle and dreamy, I snatched them up. I did have a problem with how long it took to dry. Which is why after 10minutes I had some flaws.
Brand: Wet 'n Wild
Name: Private Viewing
Coats:2
Color: creamy pastel pink
Price: $1.99
Rating: B
The glitter didn't do anything for me. It took 4 coats, and it didn't cover nearly enough. FAIL.

OOTD: Baby Shower
A couple weeks ago, I went to a baby shower for my cousin. I would say my first baby shower, but....yeah. The first one I went to where I didn't want to drown myself in insipid people. ha! It was at a cute, upper scale restaurant in the Bucktown area in Chicago. If I was going to a baby shower, than I was dressy spring-ish. Nevermind the fact it was September. The dress I've only worn once (on my cruise) and I just wanted a reason to wear my tights! :)
Have you noticed how blonde I am??????? Literally....

NOTD: Color Club in Sexy Siren
Say hello to my first purchase of Color Club. I knew of Color Club for a year to two now, but didn't know too much about it or have the urge to make a purchase. The first time I used them was when I got my nails filled in a month ago. They retail at $3 (where I found them online) and I fell in lust! I have a feeling you'll be seeing more of this wondrous brand.
