Prom Nails

Prom is couple up in the next couple weeks so I thought...NAILS! As a girly girl I remember how important your nails are for dances.

These nail polish brands below are very inexpensive and great deal for high school students. $3 a piece.
Clear with a blue iridescent gleam and shimmers. My favorite!

A lavender, shimmery finish. Great pop for your dress.


This is pure girly girl color. It screams wear me to prom.

Ke$ha: The 2 Day Bender Look:

I was watching Kesha's Blah, Blah, Blah music video and felt inspired by her. She's got this care free, I've been up the last 3 days on a bender and I love it! It's fun, dramatic and bold. I made it slightly more wearable, its still dramatic, but a little more cleaned up than for I just woke up in a bathtub like in Tik Tok. Sorry to disappoint, but this isnt a naked rock star! :P

This is just a neutral, nude look with a glitter liner accent. It's the most subtle I've done in awhile. Hope you like!

Spring Haul 2010

March Haul

Money right now is tight. Well its always tight, but now to the extreme. I spent all my shopping/spending money on my plane ticket to Sao Paulo, Brazil to visit my friend, K. And my visa (which was ridiculously expensive). Moving on---thats not what I want to go on about. I wanted to share a few products that I got recently and prolly no more makeup until my trip. Oh well, its worth it!

Urban Decay's Lash Primer Potion ---->

This is new from UD. When I ran out of my lash primer from Lancome I was on the hunt for a new one. And I MUST HAVE everything from UD. It's a sickness, I know. I won't deny it! My basic problem with my lashes is they dont curl. I have very long lashes and they're nice but annoying at the same time. So for photoshoots I use false lashes. Not a lot of time for that everyday. So using lash primer it vamps up lashes. It's a little pricey at $20, tho.

Urban Decay's Deluxe e/s in Ransom------>

is a color I got in one of the palettes with 12 colors. I used it up pretty fast. Purple is the first to go for me since I live and breath it. It's not a matte color, but its not really glittery. It's stuck in the middle. I love the cases from UD's deluxe e/s'. It reminds me of those retro stickers you got as a child.





Urban Decay's e/s in Grifter------->

I've had this color before. It's not pigmented or anything and you can tell its not my usual WOWZA color, but it's my first color from UD. And you never forget your first ;) It's a very light, shimmery lavender. When I want it to pop some more I use Kyrolan's wet base in White.

GNO, you ask? GNO stand for girls night out. The younger generation may recognize that from Miley Cyrus' song from her second album (I believe). And sadly, I do listen to her music. I enjoy crappy pop music. :)

I wore this out for the last girls night out in my hometown, Lisle last weekend and being me as usual I took pictures my makeup. I don't remember what exactly I used I kind f threw some things together and it worked out well.

I'm also wearing Ardell Lashes and I believe they're called Diva...I think...

Rainbow Vixen

Words can't describe how much I love this look. It's so bright and fun, and pretty simple. Not to mention looks good and majority of skin types. I hope you enjoy and try it out for yourself :)
