What to express your eyes when your going out dancing with a significant other or your friends? I say express because your eyes should express YOU, how you feel and even who you are. Neutral is so passe. One of my regulars for a night out is this dark, navy blue. And pretty simple, too. Apply the blue to your lid and blend up. As it lightens with the blending, go ahead and pat more on your lid to keep the dark consistent. Use a white or iridescent blue to highlight and blend some more. Pop on your black eye liner and mascara…and bam! Your ready for a night out.
