I'm not sure I should be impressed with this cause it was $1 or disappointed because the glitter payout sucks. It's one of those things that you can't be too upset over it. But I'm very strict with my glitter. I need it in large doses. haha. With the Crackle over it, it does look better. I think this really is more of a top coat glitter.
